I. Greeting

T: Sit down, please. How are you?

Ss: Fine!

Lead-in activity

T: Did you have a good weekend?

Ss: Yes.

T: What did you do? Did you go to visit someone? Or did you do some sports? Anything special? (Ask some students to answer this question)

T: (Make some comments: You should do sth to relax yourselves./ It’s good for your health.) Well! Do you want to know what did I do?

T: Last weekend, one of my friends moved to a new house. He invited some friends and me to visit his new house. (Show Slide2) Look, that’s my friend Jim, and his wife.

As a result, we had a dinner party there. (Show Slide3) So many delicious food.

We enjoyed the dinner party very much. (Show Slide4)

By the way, do you know there are some table manners at a dinner party?

For example, if the glasses touch, you should finish the drink at once.
